| ABOUT ME |
|
Since becoming a real estate professional in 1989, I have come to believe that my job is one of service, not sales. I fulfil the needs of my clients, whether they are purchasers or vendors.
Knowledge and expertise are essential to my job. Together with my years of experience in real estate, my B.A. from the University of Toronto and my business diploma from Centennial College, I am constantly updating my business education through attending industry seminars and courses.
Prior to beginning my real estate career I worked in the arts, both as a performer and in management and the field of social work. From that experience, two things stand out. From the arts I acquired the marketing skills necessary to help develop your Personalized Marketing Plan. From the field of social work, I learned that there is no substitute for good service and hard work if you want satisfied clients.
Toronto is my home. I was born and raised here. I take an active part in my community. I have been associated with the Meals on Wheels programme at St. Christopher House since 1982 and I am still involved in the arts as a singer and choral conductor. When comparing Toronto to other cities that I have visited, I have realized that there is no better place to live. My enthusiasm for this community and my knowledge of the area are both invaluable tools which I use to market the properties I sell.
